The Woolworth Apartments & Street-Level Retail - Riverhead, NY
The old storefront was renovated to provide a second story of 19 residential units, along with 4,582 square feet of retail space for four new stores at street level.
Hi-Lume Highlights
Because of the building’s historic significance, this project entailed a mix of the old and the new. Hi-Lume helped restore the building’s beautiful Art Deco lobby to its original splendor, and provided all commercial carpentry for the brand-new residential and retail spaces.
